Ho Chi Minh's birthday. Thao picked me because we have to visit her family in the province "Tuyen Quang", which is 5 hours by bus from Hanoi. The city has 100,000 inhabitants. We ate lunch with the family. I've got my own room with bath. We had a 2-hour siesta and then motor bike ride to a power plant, which supplies the entire city with electricity. The power plant is 10 km from the city "Cheim Hoa". Thao has been on the market for shopping. Dinner at the parents' house at 19:30. Thao and her sister Thu had made a good tasty dinner. We would send e-mail from her Thus house, but electricity and thus the light disappeared many time. I fear the night if it disappears, as there is no air conditioning. I visited Cheim Hoa high school and had many pictures of last year. It was an exciting reunion. Thao was with and helped the Vietnamese. I managed to speak in three classes and it was good that their exams were over. Everyone gets a vacation from Monday 26 May to 3 September. After lunch decided Thao and I go up to the temple, perched high above the city. There were many stairs up. 2 from gymnasiumet followed me, so I had three helpers. Unfortunately, the sun just against us, because there was a nice view. hao had made an exciting "smusi" of melon and corn, coconut milk and ice. Now I am again taking a bath. I must do many times a day. Good to Thaos mom washes my clothes. The temperature will not be much below 40 degrees. Summer has come one month premature. After breakfast we took a bike ride along the river. I saw the house where Thu and Thao was born. But now it is empty. It was a beautiful landscape as we cycled through. It was long ago Thao had been here. After having cycled 8 km we went down to the river. There is a riverboat, which transports children over the river to go to school on the other side. Thao asked the man who looked after the boat if he could take a ride with us. But unfortunately he was employed to transport children across the river. But he could call another small boat that could make a trip with us. The boat came was very small and we would have to have bicycles, but missed. We had a nice boat ride back to the city Cheim Hoa. Now we have a great lunch at Thaos aunt who runs a restaurant. It is well visited. Now there is time to rest before the next bike ride. It was a long bike ride in beautiful surroundings. First we visited Thaos aunt, who was not home, but her two children were at home and then we cycled 6 km. We drove another 4 kilometers and then we visited a new home, which was only half finished. We were only a short time. There was of course about 10 km to go and it was past 18:00. On the way back cracked tire on my bike. There was a man who saw the bike. He closed the air out of the tire and repaired the tire and pumpoede new air in. It was one of the Vietnamese, who had to ride the bicycle with caution. The tire could not withstand heavy loads. I km on a motorbike back. It was a small vienameserne girl aged 16, who was driving the motorcycle. It went well right to the last corner, where she lost balance and vætede. Large resurrection but nothing happened. She was very frightened. Dinner in Thaos home.

Farewell to the family and Cheim Hoa Thao and her brother of 9 years. Yes it is her uncle's son. They took to Hanoi. I was installed at the hotel near Khoas home. We took a taxi to Thaos occasion. Thao ran into his luggage. We went to a huge center "Royal City". The center is built six floors into the ground and four floors shops and two floors Parking. Above ground 35 floors residential and offices. The size of the business center is three times as large as Rosengård Center. We had lunch at the mall. I took a taxi back to my hotel. I said goodbye to Thao and her brother. Dinner with the Khoa and his family at the resturant. We got "Hot Pot" which is very popular in Vietnam. A long day is over.

Breakfast with Khoa and then break for us to run to Dings house 30km from Hanoi City. We got a very nice lunch at Ding. Here was his father and his brother and his two daughters and Dings mother and wife and son. There were not spared. Very tasty food that his wife had made. A very festive visits. We again took a taxi back. Khoa could not run and I could not run. Rest to 19:30, where we go out to dinner.

Thu is Thuys sister on my Gaesthaus near Khoas home. Thu has been much better to drive. Now she drives also in the small streets. Thu and I drove to a place to have breakfast and then to Thuys new apartment. A good place but very small. I saw Thuys new baby of 2 months. The tradition in Vietnam says that when you are born, you have to be isolated for 3 months to get as much rest as possible. We drived to see Thus new apartment of 140 m in "Royal City". She has paid more than 3 million of the then 100,000 for decor. I do not believe that she will sell the old house. She's the new apartment many opportunities to park and then there SVIMMINGPOOL in the entryway. I helped out to shop for lunch. Thang as I know from the past must furnish the apartment. He is an architect and has visited me in Denmark 2009. He runs a company selling figures worldwide. Khoa and his family were also invited to lunch. Thu drove me to my hotel. Last day before leaving in the morning. Thao and her brother come. We make a pleasure trip around the Hoa Kiem Lake. There is not devoted the large program. It was nevertheless a longer trip. Thao took us to a shopping center in the bottom of the Hoa Kiem Lake. Very impressive and very nice stores in 6 floors. We ate lunch at Hang on a very popular place. After lunch, we rented bikes and rode the 15 km West Lake around. We had many stops. Now I iu bath. Oang Le picking me up for dinner. It was a very exciting with restaurants. Here was the only Vietnamese. Was half "West food" and half Vietnamese. You do not sit long, so there are large Exchange. There is nobody to take care of the motorcycle. Many to operate one. The food comes quickly. This Monday, there were so many on the street. This is probably because the schools and the university are gone on summer vacation.
